What we collect

The only personal data we collect on this page is the email address you voluntarily provide to join the early-access list, together with the plan you clicked and the time of your request.

Why we collect it

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent. We use your email exclusively to (1) notify you when your early-access spot opens and (2) send you the emergency QR card you requested. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or maximum 12 months if you don't activate an account.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Your email is stored on access-controlled servers. House keys, alarm codes and pet medical files are never collected on this page — those features use end-to-end encryption and do not exist yet.
